Taylors has no city limits sign and no city hall. It is a census designated place, which means it gets a Greenville mailing address, gets counted with Greenville, and generally gets treated as part of somewhere else. Twenty three thousand people live here.
That shows up in the services available. There is far less detailing genuinely rooted in Taylors than the population would suggest, and almost none of it has built up much of a track record. Most people here have been driving into Greenville for it.
